Ani Keverian Makes a Generous Donation to EPS Students

Students who attend the Keverian School eLearning Center were ready for Halloween this year. Or, perhaps it’s better to say, they were ready for the days after Halloween.

Thanks to the generosity of George Keverian’s niece, Ani, and her employers at DentaQuest, the school received a donation of 100 oral health kits on Friday, October 30. The kits were assembled by DentaQuest employees as part of the company’s annual volunteer initiative, “Mission Month.” Ani is a Human Resources professional for Denta Quest.

The kits include a toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, and information card on good dental practices. “I thought that Halloween was the perfect time to make this donation,” said Ani, who made the donation in person, along with her father, George. The two spent time talking to Superintendent Priya Tahiliani and Principal Alex Naumann about the school’s namesake, the late Speaker of the House and a beloved public servant who dedicated his life to the people of Everett and the Commonwealth.

“It was an honor to meet Ani and George and learn about Mr. Keverian’s immense legacy,” said Superintendent Tahiliani. “The Keverian family has such a special bond with our city and, of course, with the Keverian School. On behalf of the EPS, I thank them for this timely and generous gift.”
